Lernort Selbsthilfe

Die BAG SELBSTHILFE e. V. hat gemeinsam mit Christine Kirchner, Organisationsentwicklung & Coaching, ihr Qualifizierungsprogramm für Selbsthilfeorganisationen überarbeitet.
Seit mehr als 10 Jahren wird im Rahmen des Programms „Lernort Selbsthilfe“ auf die Besonderheiten der Selbsthilfeorganisationen geachtet und die wichtigsten Themen der Selbsthilfeverbände berücksichtigt.

In vier bis sechs Workshops werden ehrenamtliche Mitarbeiter*innen dabei unterstützt auf interne Organisationsprozesse zu schauen, diese zu verstehen und festzuhalten. Zudem können Sie anhand des Konzeptes ihren Verband weiterentwickeln und Ehrenamtliche qualifizieren. Das Programm zeichnet sich im Besonderen durch die intensive Begleitung einer Organisationsentwicklung aus.

Das aktuelle Konzept wurde um die Module „Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Social Media“ sowie „Auftreten und Rhetorik“ erweitert.
